1973 Ferrari 246 GTS

Being offered is a stunning 1973 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS finished in its original color combination of Rosso Rubino with Sabbia interior with daytona inserts. This example is quite unique as it has 19,617 original documented miles and its interior is believed to be largely original. Cosmetically this Dino shows phenomenally as it has been treated to a high level repaint in its original color of Rosso Rubino. This Dino will come complete with books, tools, original warranty card with original owners name stamped in it, and service records.

S/N 5836 was delivered new in 1973 to its original owner William Deal. Painted in Rosso Rubino, a dark metallic red, with desirable Daytona- style seats upholstered in Sabbia, it was highly optioned with power windows and rare Borletti air-conditioning.

Mr. Deal owned the car for one year before ultimately selling it to its long time owner William Beach of Springfield, Ohio. Mr. Beach would own this Dino for 42 years before eventually deciding to sell the car in 2015. During the 42 years of ownership this Dino was meticulously maintained and cared for, and it truly shows. In preparation for the sale S/N 5836 was treated to an extremely high quality repaint in its factory original color Rosso Rubino.

More recently this 246 GTS has resided in Malibu and has been loved for and driven sparingly. Mechanically the most recent owner has annually sent the car to Franco's European Sports Cars to keep it dialed in it all times. It has been treated to a new clutch and tires. This very special Dino will make an excellent addition to any collection.
