2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta

This 2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta, #221 of just 448 units produced to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Pininfarina design house, offers a unique opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts. This exceptional roadster has spent its entire life with its original owner, who took delivery directly from the Ferrari Factory in 2001.

After spending time in Italy, the car eventually made its way to Florida, where it enjoyed the majority of its life. The original owner, eager to enhance his enjoyment of the Barchetta, flew it back to Italy to have a highly desirable automatic top installed. This upgrade was completed to the highest standards by the notorious Pavesi brothers at Pavesi Milano, with a receipt totaling €76,000.

Finished in Rosso Corsa over nero this open-top Ferrari is powered by a V-12 mated to a six speed manual transmission. This Barchetta remains in like-new condition with no sticky buttons and no shrinking of the dash. Traveling just over 10,000 miles and recently serviced, this 550 Barchetta is ready to be enjoyed and will make an excellent addition to any collection.
